Here are some of my better photos, or atleast these are the ones that I had scanned onto a PhotoCD. Click on the thumbnail to get a bigger picture. Comments are always appreciated; please see my homepage for a spambot hating version of my email address.

This picture was taken at Arches National Park in Utah about 5 winters ago. Chuck and I were just about the only people there. It was too cold to mountainbike, so we drank a beer.

This is a picture of my brother taken for a press kit accompanying his first film, Ever., which was shown at the Ottawa Film Festival. Brett might like to tell you about his film and current project, Cold War, if you write to him at Brett.James@pobox.com, particularly if you want to give him some dough.

Pretty subjects always make for nice photos. Kathleen is a graduate student in religion and a budding goldsmith. This photo is the winner of the July 29, 1996 Huzzar Photo of the Week

This is an early evening shot of Istanbul's Blue Mosque. Turkey is great fun, even in December. I have more photos from this trip, which hopefully will make it to the web sometime soon.

Like this hard to see photo, which I call it A Traveller's Self-Portrait, taken on a trip through Eastern Europe by train. Check out the full-size photo--it's much better. One friend of mine guessed correctly where it was taken.

More fun in Eastern Europe, this photo is of a street sign in Budapest. It breaks my capitalistic heart to have seen the demise of communism first hand.
